Finding the Balance is an interactive experience that was co-developed with Duke University's Center for Wellness. The simulation provides children, students, and families with the ability to select food options (on the right) and then understand the ramifications of those selections by 'balancing' them with the amount of exercise (on the left) that will be required to burn off the calories.
