This interactive program coupled with the Teens4Teens Parent Guide when used together provide parents:

• Suggestions on how to talk to their children about managing their sexual feelings and behaviors in a society where young people are continually exposed to conflicting social and media images about relationships and sexual involvement.
  
• A change to hear teens talk about the choices they made about sex and how these choices affected their lives. Parents can use these teens' situations to start a dialogue with their own children about sexual decision-making and possible consequences.
  
• Concrete skills to share with their children on how to be assertive in relationships so that their children will not be talked into doing things they do not wish to do.
  
• Examples that parents can use with their children to make clear how the character of the people teens choose to date either can make it easier or more difficult to be abstinet.
